Pickups are available from our Arusha office, selected hotels, and Kilimanjaro Airport.
Please be ready at least 45 Minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup location.
Your driver/guide will meet travelers either at their hotel reception or at the airport arrival hall. The driver will be holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.

You will be picked up at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take your time to relax after the journey and prepare for your adventure. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore Arusha town or enjoy leisure moments at the lodge.

Today you will enjoy a full-day Kilimanjaro trekking experience. Our expert mountain guide will lead you through scenic forests and stunning viewpoints, giving you a taste of Africa’s highest peak. You will enjoy breathtaking views and great photography moments before descending and returning to Arusha.

3Tarangire National Park
Depart after breakfast for Tarangire National Park, famous for large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy game drives with opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and more. Later proceed to Karatu for overnight.

4Ngorongoro Crater
Today you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. This UNESCO site provides opportunities to see the Big 5 and incredible scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the hippo pool before returning to your lodge.

5Ndutu Lake
Today is dedicated to searching for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Your guide will take you to strategic viewing areas for amazing photo opportunities. Return to lodge in the evening.
