Meeting and pickup
Pickups are available from our Arusha office, selected hotels, and Kilimanjaro Airport. Please be ready at least 45 Minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Drivers will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup location.
Your driver/guide will meet travelers either at their hotel reception or at the airport arrival hall. The driver will be holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Settle in and prepare for your adventure. Later, you'll have a pre-safari briefing with your guide.

After a delicious breakfast, we'll begin our scenic drive to the legendary Serengeti National Park. The journey takes us through the stunning landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We’ll enjoy a brief en-route game drive before heading to your luxurious lodge for the night.

These days are dedicated to epic game drives, following the path of the wildebeest and zebra herds. Your expert guide will take you to the best locations to witness the dramatic river crossings and the constant pursuit by predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

The day's plan is flexible, depending on the location of the herds. We may head north towards the Mara River for a chance to see the thrilling river crossings, or south towards the Ndutu area, known for the calving season.
