Your guide will collect you from your Cape Town hotel at 8:00 am, then drive through the city center to give you an overview of Cape Town’s landmarks and significant buildings. Stop at the Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter) to learn about its colourful houses and the area’s connection to local history. Take a short walk with your guide and take some photos.
Next, head to the Table Mountain Cableway Station. Take the cable car to the summit to experience breathtaking views of Cape Town and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. (Cable car tickets are not included; we recommend buying them online in advance to avoid queues.)
Continue along the scenic Atlantic Seaboard, passing Clifton and reaching Camps Bay. This upscale area boasts a spectacular beach and a bustling promenade. Pause for postcard-worthy pictures featuring the Twelve Apostles mountain range on one side and Camps Bay’s beachfront on the other.
Travel along Chapman’s Peak Drive, widely considered one of the world’s most scenic routes and ranked second on many lists of top drives. Stop at a lookout point to take in the sweeping views and snap some photos.
After returning from Hout Bay’s harbour, continue on to Noordhoek, where you have the option to indulge in a locally brewed coffee at the Village Roast - often regarded as some of Cape Town’s best coffee.
Arrive at the renowned Cape of Good Hope. While venturing into the nature reserve, your guide will narrate its fascinating history. This spot marks the southwesternmost tip of Africa, where the cold Benguela current meets the warm Agulhas Current. Make sure to capture a picture by the famous Cape of Good Hope sign.
Travel from the Cape of Good Hope to Cape Point, where you may either enjoy an easy 15-minute walk to the lighthouse or opt for the Flying Dutchman Funicular. Savour the stunning coastal panoramas. Lunch can be enjoyed at the Two Oceans Restaurant for a sit-down meal or ordered to go at the informal eatery.
Head toward the False Bay area to visit Boulders Beach, home to around 2,500 Wild African penguins. Wander along the boardwalk and you might find a penguin or two strolling alongside you.
