What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For travelers arriving at Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport or Douala International Airport, please provide your flight number and arrival time when booking. Our representative will be waiting at the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name. We monitor flight schedules to accommodate delays, but please notify us of any last-minute changes. Pickup begins 30–60 minutes before tour departure, and airport pickups may require an earlier start depending on traffic and distance to the tour location.
Travelers are dropped off at their original pickup point unless otherwise arranged. This includes Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport, Douala International Airport, or designated hotels and guesthouses within city limits. If you’d prefer a different drop-off location, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What to expect
• Travelers book the service online, via phone, or in person.
• Required details: name, contact info, pickup location, flight number (if airport), and preferred drop-off point.
• A confirmation message is sent with pickup time, location, and contact details of the assigned driver or coordinator.
2. Pre-Trip Coordination
• 24–48 hours before departure, travelers receive a reminder and reconfirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• For airport pickups: flight status is monitored to adjust timing for delays or early arrivals.
• For hotel pickups: travelers are advised to be ready 15 minutes before scheduled time.
3. Pickup Execution
• At Yaoundé or Douala airports: a uniformed representative waits at the arrival hall with a personalized sign.
• At hotels or guesthouses: the driver arrives at the main entrance or lobby, confirms identity, and assists with luggage.
• Travelers are welcomed, briefed on the itinerary, and offered refreshments or comfort items (optional).
4. Transit Experience
• Vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and insured.
• Drivers are trained in hospitality, safety, and local knowledge, offering commentary or silence based on traveler preference.
• En route, travelers may request brief stops (restrooms, scenic views, etc.) if time permits.
