Central Park is where it all began for me.
16 years ago, while spending time in this remarkable public space, I made a decision that changed the direction of my professional life: I wanted to become a New York City tour guide.
Since then, I've explored New York from the waterways to the inner streets, guiding guests by foot, bike, bus, and boat. Yet I continue to return to Central Park, the place that started it all.
What keeps me inspired is that no two visits are ever the same. The seasons change. The people change. The city changes. The park evolves right alongside it.
This tour combines the stories that shaped Central Park with the experiences I've gathered across New York City over the last 16 years. Along the way, we'll connect history, design, nature, and the everyday moments that make this park feel so alive.
My goal isn't simply to show you Central Park. It's to help you experience why generations of New Yorkers, and one tour guide, fell in love with it.
