As students watch the changing colors of the sunset, they will be guided through a truly unique yoga class. Our Advanced Vinyasa class offers fun balancing postures, a good sweat, and stretches that you didn't know you needed. Oahu Flow's Advanced Vinyasa class emphasizes creative transitions, playful postures, and a body to breath connection. Class will feel equally exciting and grounding. As you discover new ways to move, you will find a deeper sense of peace and presence to yourself and the nature around you. Our classes are guided by world class teachers, that will meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey. This class will be a pleasant experience for both the new student and the well seasoned yoga student.

Sunset classes are in Waikiki held to the left of the Barefoot Beach Cafe facing the ocean. Look for a blue sign and a wagon. 9 AM classes Tuesdays and Thursdays are held in Kaimuki, at Waialae Beach Park to the right of the bridge facing the ocean. Please bring a mat/towel

What to expect

Oahu Flow will lead you through a rejuvenating yoga class as the sun sets, leaving you feeling ten times better than when you arrived. Regardless of your yoga experience level, our world class teachers are here to guide you through the experience at your own pace. Oahu Flow specializes in offering students a class with creative transitions, playful postures, and deepening your relationship with yourself physically and emotionally.
