Your driver will be waiting at the designated passenger pickup/parking area at Canada Place, outside the cruise terminal, holding an Arrow Travel & Transit sign. Please contact us if you need assistance locating your driver.
What to expect
1. Book Your Transfer
Select your pickup location. If your location is not listed, simply enter the full pickup address in the message/notes section. Provide your destination, date, preferred pickup time, number of passengers, and preferred vehicle. For airport pickups, please include your flight number and arrival details.
2. Receive Your Confirmation
We’ll confirm your booking and review your pickup details, luggage requirements, and any special requests, such as a child seat. Based on your pickup location, we’ll also send you detailed meeting and pickup instructions.
3. Meet Your Driver
Your professional driver will arrive at the confirmed pickup location. For airport and cruise terminal pickups, we’ll provide specific meeting-point instructions.
4. Enjoy Your Private Ride
Relax in a comfortable private vehicle with plenty of luggage space, bottled water, and direct transportation to your destination.
5. Arrival & Drop-Off
Your driver will take you directly to your confirmed destination and assist with your luggage.
