The residences of wealthy merchants, where traditional culture endures, remain preserved as they were in their heyday. Enjoy the lingering atmosphere, featuring earthen walls plastered with local clay and traditional plasterwork. Furthermore, experience Uchiko's artistic culture in the dressing rooms of an authentic, purely Japanese-style theatre building, which has continued since the Taisho era.
