TravelWellCR picks you up early in the morning, starting at 6:00 a.m. at your hotel in downtown San Jose, to take you straight on the adventure to the majestic Poás Volcano.
Along the way we will look for sloths in their natural habitat and thus continue with your volcanic experience.

From the comfort of your hotel in San José, towards Alajuela crossing the famous Parque de los Mangos with its beautiful people and customs, very original traditions of them and later looking for the beautiful little animal “el Perezoso” we will reach the Poas volcano one of the largest active craters on the planet so we will enjoy two hours inside give this wonderful National Park with many stories to tell and in addition to admiring the active crater also visit the beautiful lagoon Botos... You will also enjoy spectacular scenery so almost arriving at your destination we will have a delicious breakfast prepared by a Costa Rican family! Guaranteed the Adventure for every audience. If you already have your bags packed and need after the Tour to go home gladly and at no additional cost, you can leave at Juansantamaria International airport.
