Engaging in a fun filled Mayan corn tortilla making and having the privilege of eating it is epic. Watching a traditional Mayan ball game is mesmerizing and intriguing. Additionally, getting the privilege to practise this ancient game would relate to a lot of history and connects to the mysticism of Belize's Mayan pyramids. A wellness cleansing by a mayan shaman is one of experience while in Belize.

Guests will be received with a tour guide holding a signage that says Epic Mayan Tours. The pick up location will be terminal 4 in front of Belize Marine Terminal in North Front Street. Guests will then walk about 3 minutes towards the cultural immersion and wellness site for fun filled experiences.

What to expect

Guests will receive a welcome followed by a mayan cleansing by a shaman and then participate in corn tortilla making, finally, watch a pok ta pok ball game the "Hero twins". Guests can practice with the pok ta pok ball, ball made from rubber. Guests can explore local artisans sections that promote cultural art and food.
