This tour is a reset tour that takes place in a forest setting. It tells the story of how the forest is protected through folklore and draws understanding of how the forest support animals and humans. The connectivity continues with the ceiba trail where the ceiba tree is explained as a deep meaningful and symbolic tree in the maya culture.

What to expect

A welcome will be given to guests. Guests will experience a tataduende trail while listening to a mayan folklore about a forest guardian - the tataduende. Immediately after, will engage in the Ceiba trail that shows the ceiba trees where a guide will explain the significance of the tree to the maya people. A maya cultural snack and drink will be provided.
