The driver will be waiting at the Zurich Airport Arrival Hall with a sign displaying the guest’s name. For hotel pickups, the driver will meet guests in the lobby. For private addresses, the driver will wait at the entrance.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all details about your driver, vehicle, and meeting instructions.
2. Meet & Greet at Pickup Point
Your driver will be waiting at the agreed location (airport arrivals hall, hotel lobby, or train station) holding a tablet or sign with your name for easy identification.
3. Complimentary Waiting Time
At airports, we include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. For hotel or city pickups, 15 minutes are included.
4. Assistance with Luggage
Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you comfortably to your vehicle.
5. Premium Ride Experience
Travel in a luxury Mercedes-Benz V-Class, equipped with bottled water, Wi-Fi, and full comfort seating. You can request direct routes or scenic drives depending on your preference.
6. Safe & Smooth Drop-Off
At your destination, the driver will ensure a smooth drop-off, assist with luggage, and confirm that you are comfortably settled before departure.
