Meet your local guide at Spokes Bike Rental (near Canada Place) at least 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. Look for someone holding a red umbrella. Get set for the ride with a safety briefing, bike fitting, and the chance to switch to an e-bike if you’re feeling electric.
