6Cerro de la Cruz
Visit Antigua Guatemala’s most famous viewpoint to enjoy a postcard view of the entire colonial city and the majestic Agua Volcano. Travelers will walk through the viewpoint square, ideal for capturing spectacular photographs from high above, understanding the layout of the city and taking in the colonial landscape before entering its historic streets.

7Iglesia de La Merced
Visit the most emblematic and colorful Baroque church in Antigua Guatemala. Travelers will admire its famous ornate facade and enter the complex to climb onto the convent terrace. From there, you will see the monumental Colonial Fish Fountain and walk through the historic floor of the place, taking advantage of the height to take stunning photographs of the ruins and colonial environment before continuing to the Arch of Santa Catalina.

8Arco de Santa Catalina
They will visit the most photographed monument in Guatemala. Travelers will walk along the iconic Calle del Arco to admire this 17th century structure, learn about its history as a secret connector to a closing convent and take the iconic souvenir photograph with the Water Volcano in the background, enjoying the pedestrian atmosphere and local color.

9The Plaza Central Park

10Catedral de San Jose
You will walk among the towering fallen walls guided by our staff, who will tell you how the structure collapsed and the importance of this temple in colonial times. You will have the opportunity to descend into the underground crypt to see the iconic altar of the Black Christ and take spectacular photographs where colonial architecture and the open sky merge.

11Tanque de la Union
They will visit the most famous and historic public utility in Antigua Guatemala. Travelers will walk through the neoclassical Union Tank Square to admire its characteristic yellow archway and learn about its importance in everyday life of yesteryear. It is an ideal space to take artistic photos with the reflections of the water and the ruins of Santa Clara in the background before boarding our private transportation.
