What to expect
In this small-group Istanbul cooking experience, you’ll prepare authentic Turkish dishes from scratch and learn the essentials of Turkish home cooking.
This is not a demonstration—you’ll be actively cooking, tasting, and creating a full homemade meal in a real local home. Whether you’re a beginner or a food lover, this Turkish cooking class is designed to be relaxed, personal, and fun.
Beyond cooking, this experience is about connection. As we cook together, you’ll discover the traditions behind authentic Turkish food and experience genuine Turkish hospitality.
Once everything is ready, we’ll sit down and enjoy our meal together, just like a family. My friendly cat and dog may join us, adding to the warm and cozy atmosphere of this home cooking experience.
We’ll finish with Turkish coffee and dessert, and if you’d like, a traditional coffee fortune reading.
