My samba classes are super fun, high energy and a great cardio workout while learning about brazilian culture. You can meet new people, take a class alone or with a group, and get ready to dance at the SAMBA parties in town!

What to expect

We will start with a warm up and then learn the basic samba steps, a few variations, and understand the musicality of the Samba rhytm. We finish with a short combination of movements to pratice what we learned, and so you gain confidence to Samba wherever you go!
