Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure time. At the tourist bus stop, please look for the bus marked “Open Visit Nepal.” The license plate will be either 1740 or 1741. Our staff will be available at the tourist bus stop to help you boarding.

The bus will arrive at the Tourist Bus Park in Pokhara, which is located about a 5-minute walking distance from the Lakeside area. From here, travelers can easily walk to hotels, restaurants, and the main tourist area near Phewa Lake.

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation
After booking your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation with your travel date, departure time, seat number, and meeting point.

2. Arrival at Meeting Point
Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before departure at the Tourist Bus Stop, Sorhakhutte in Kathmandu.

3. Locate the Bus
At the tourist bus stop, please find the bus marked “Open Visit Nepal.”
The license plate will be either 1740 or 1741, and your staff will assist you in locating the correct bus.

4. Boarding the Bus
Show your booking confirmation to the staff and board the VIP Sofa Tourist Bus. You can then take your assigned seat and store small luggage in the designated space.

5. Journey to Pokhara
The bus departs from Kathmandu and travels along the scenic Prithvi Highway toward Pokhara. The journey takes approximately 7–8 hours, with 2–3 rest stops for meals and restroom breaks.

6. Arrival in Pokhara
The bus arrives at the Tourist Bus Park in Pokhara, which is about a 5-minute walking distance to Lakeside near Phewa Lake.

7. End of Service
After arrival, passengers can easily walk to nearby hotels, restaurants, and the Lakeside tourist area to continue their stay in Pokhara.
