Tired of boring brunches? Welcome to Punk Rock Brunch — Las Vegas’ wildest all-you-can-eat rock show where pancakes meet power chords and brunch goes full send. Housed inside The Composers Room, Punk Rock Brunch isn’t just another mimosa-fueled mid-morning snoozefest. It’s a rowdy, no-holds-barred tribute to the glorious mess of ‘90s and 2000s punk, grunge, and emo that raised a generation. Think Green Day, Blink-182, Beastie Boys, Weezer, My Chemical Romance, and The Offspring — blasting live while top-tier Vegas talent tears up the stage with killer vocals, edgy choreography, and a whole lot of eyeliner. What’s on the menu? All-you-can-eat mayhem with our Dream On Pancake Bar (load it up with every topping you ever dreamed of), crispy bacon, juicy chicken and sausage, golden tater tots, veggie-packed frittatas, a Monte Cristo that slaps (fig jam or habanero bacon jam — your call), a build-your-own parfait bar, and cookies so good they should be illegal.
