It is located in an alleyway about 2 minutes walk from Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station.There is an Irish pub on the ground floor, WISTERIA, with a yellow sign and stairs next to it that says OAGE.If you go up those stairs, the meeting point is on the second floor.

Join a fun and interactive sake experience at BAR OAGE, perfect for beginners and curious travelers. In just 60 minutes, you'll learn the essentials of sake in a simple, visual way — from polishing ratios to brewing methods.
Taste 5 carefully selected sake varieties, including local Kyoto selections, and understand the differences in aroma and flavor. Each sake is paired with snacks to help you discover combinations you can enjoy during your trip.
After this experience, you will be able to confidently choose sake at restaurants, understand labels like Junmai and Ginjo, and find your own preference.
Enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where it's easy to ask questions and connect with other travelers.
