Ghost Tours of St. Augustine's PRIVATE ORIGINAL Ghostly Experience Walking Tour is the very first ghost tour in the state of Florida, operating since 1994- we are the tour that started it all! We did all the initial research and cataloguing of St. Augustine's haunted history. We have been in operation longer than any other ghost tour company in the United States. This private tour is good for up to 15 people, and the time can be adjusted to meet your group's needs.

What's Included

Our tours have no operating minimum, so once you book you are confirmed!
Licensed Experienced Tour Guide
Tours depart rain or shine, but raincheck credits are available upon request.
Ghost Hunting equipment is not included, but may be purchased in the gift shop at tour check-in.
Guide gratuities are not included, but appreciated and at the discresion of the guest.
Parking is not included. Street pay meters, private paid lots, and city parking garage available and in walking distance to the tour start. Pricing varies.

Tours depart from our Tour St. Augustine office at 4 Granada Street. We are located across from the main entrance to Flagler College and adjacent to the Lightner Museum. You will need to come inside the office to check in for your tour.

Please note- our tours are not scripted, so each guide may end the tour a different place. Everything is within walking distance to our office, and our guides would be more than happy to assist with directions back to your vehicle.

    Lightner Museum

    Our office is located in the middle of the Henry Flagler historic district! Hear history and information about the Hotel Ponce de Leon (current day Flagler College), the Hotel Alcazar (current day Lightner Museum building), and Hotel Cordova (current day Casa Monica Resort & Spa)- but also information about Henry Flagler himself, and his assorted wives.

    Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine

    May pass by the Cathedral Basilica and hear- and hopefully not smell- the story of the exploding bishop.

    The Tini Martini Bar

    You may walk past the famously haunted Casa Blanca Inn- which houses the Tini Martini Bar- and learn about one of their resident ghosts, a former owner who was the beacon for rum-runners during the prohibition.

    Castillo de San Marcos National Monument

    Your costumed guide may take you to visit the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States and learn about its history and the spirits that still linger. You will go over to the City Gate and Huegnot cemetery and hear some of our city's most notable hauntings.
