The art of making tequila is that when you taste a tequila in your glass, you relive the experience, not only of the process, but also of the origin; the agave fields and the human connection with the earth. A must for explorers.
Upon arrival at the address, proceed to the front desk to check in and deliver bracelets.
When you arrive at reception, your guide will show up with you and take you to know the Hacienda el Centenario, where works of art by Leonora Carrington are available, there they will be picked up by a van to take them to our agave fields. *Children must travel in the arms of their parents during the journey to the agave fields.
Upon reaching the agave fields, your guide will give you the explanation of the jima. They will get to know the work of a jimador and the life process of the blue agave Tequilana Webber. At the end of the jima demonstration you will have time to take pictures in the agave fields, and then return to the La Rojeña Factory to continue knowing the process of making tequila.
In the factory, they will know the process of making tequila step by step. They will taste cooked agave, white tequila, rested and aged inside the factory, and visit the private cava of Reserva de la Familia, where the premium tequila of the house is aged. At the end of the tour, your guide will guide you to a private room for a four-drink tasting of the Traditional line. Ending the tour with typical Mexican snacks.
