Meeting and pickup
Your driver will meet you at the Designated Pre-Arranged Limo & Ride-For-Hire Pickup Area. After collecting your luggage, follow the airport signs for “Limo,” “Pre-Arranged Services,” or “Ride for Hire Pickup.” Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please keep your phone on so we can contact you when your vehicle arrives.
What to expect
Once travelers book, they instantly receive a confirmation with all pickup details, including time, location, and driver contact information. We also reach out prior to the trip to reconfirm pickup arrangements.
2. Pre-Pickup Coordination
On the day of service, travelers receive a message when the driver is en route. We recommend keeping phones on to ensure smooth communication.
3. Pickup at Hotel or Residence
For downtown pickups, travelers should wait at the main entrance or curbside pickup area. The driver will arrive in a luxury black vehicle clearly marked with a “Private Tour” or name sign on the dashboard for easy identification.
4. Pickup at Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) Or Ottawa (YOW)
For airport pickups, travelers meet the driver at the Designated Pre-Arranged Limo & Ride-For-Hire Pickup Area. After collecting luggage, they should follow airport signs for “Limo/Pre-Arranged Services.” The driver will hold a sign with the traveler’s name.
5. Boarding and Welcome
Travelers are assisted with their luggage and welcomed into a clean, premium vehicle. Bottled water and comfortable seating are provided to ensure a relaxing start.
6. The Journey
The route is either direct or scenic, depending on the activity or traveler preference.
Direct Route: fastest option for airport transfers or tight schedules.
Scenic Route: perfect for tours, offering views of the countryside, waterfalls, or city landmarks.
During tours, your professional driver/guide shares insights, history, and recommendations throughout the journey.
7. Comfort & Safety
The entire trip is conducted in a fully insured, well-maintained vehicle. Travelers can ask for rest stops, photo breaks, or customized routing if it’s a private experience.
8. Arrival & Drop-Off
Travelers are dropped off directly at their hotel, residence, airport terminal, or preferred destination. The driver assists with luggage and confirms the end of service.
