Meeting and pickup
Visitors can expect us to be dressed in a T Shirt with the logo printed at the front of the shirt and we will also be holding a sign with the logo as well. We will be at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth, near the Fresh Market Super Market.
Visitors can aslo be picked up at any location which is convenient to them, once they provide adequate directions.

Driving through Rosalie is a sensory transition from the dense rainforest of the interior to the raw, rhythmic power of Dominica’s Atlantic coast. As you descend the winding curves of the Morne Jaune road, the air shifts from humid mountain mist to a salty breeze. Key Sights in Rosalie * Black Sand Beaches: The coastline here is dramatic, featuring expansive stretches of dark, volcanic sand. Depending on the season, you might see markers for sea turtle nesting sites, as this is a protected sanctuary for Leatherbacks and Hawksbills. * The Atlantic Surf: Unlike the calm Caribbean side, the waves here are powerful and white-crested, offering a spectacular view of the ocean’s untamed energy. * Lush Estates: You'll pass the historic Rosalie Bay area, home to eco-resorts and sprawling coconut groves that hint at the village’s agricultural past.

You’ll notice the topography change—the road hugs steep volcanic. As you roll past, the architecture of rural life stands out: brightly painted concrete homes in seafoam green and sun-yellow, perched on stilts to catch the breeze. You’ll see "kitchen gardens" overflowing with broad-leafed dasheen and heavy bunches of green bananas.
