Pickup details:

• Airport ARRIVAL Transfer - After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting at the Driver Meeting Point / Limo Service, holding a nameplate with the lead traveler's name, no meet-and-greet included.
No worries if your flight is delayed! We track your flight and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. Upon your arrival, we will contact you, so please make sure to provide accurate information including your phone number, email, and flight details.
• Airport DEPARTURE Transfer - We are happy to serve you 24/7 at your preferred time. Please indicate your desired pick-up time in the Special Requirements field when booking. We recommend scheduling your pick-up at least 3 hours before your flight departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and security.
• Communication：WhatsApp is recommended for sharing real-time location and vehicle photos to help identify your driver easily.

What to expect

1、Booking is submitted with pick-up and drop-off details, date, time, number of passengers, luggage requirements, vehicle type, and any special needs or requests.
Please leave a note via the platform message conversation to confirm all details above.
2、Confirmation: A confirmation email/text is sent, often with driver and vehicle details.
3、Scheduling & Dispatch: Dispatch assigns a driver and vehicle. Customer may receive driver's name, contact number, and tracking link (if available).
4、Pick-Up: Driver meets the client at the designated location (see Pickup Details above). Assistance is provided with luggage.
5、Transfer: Comfortable ride in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and bottled water.
6、Drop-Off: river will safely arrive at the drop-off point (terminal, curbside, or hotel entrance), assists with luggage, and confirms all belongings before ending the trip.

• Free Waiting Period:
• Airport: 60 minutes (counted from actual flight landing time by default, unless a different time is specified)
• Seaport&Railway Station: 30 minutes(counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Others: 15 minutes (counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Overtime Charges: USD 15 per 15 minutes
• Child Seatss: Please specify type and quantity in booking notes; available upon request, for extr charge policy, please refer to the “What's Included" section
