Pickup is available from hotels and vacation rentals within our designated service area in Cozumel. Cruise guests meet us outside their cruise terminal, not at the ship. After booking, we will confirm your exact meeting point and pickup time. Please be ready 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. All times are local Cozumel time.
