What to expect

During this approximately 1-hour experience (flexible to adjust to your needs), you will enjoy a sound healing ritual by the sea. We’ll start with a warm welcome and a short guided meditation to set the intention and open the space. Then, you’ll immerse yourself in a sound journey using bronze bowls, with all materials and instruments provided, whose vibrations will guide you into deep relaxation and inner connection. This is an instructor-led experience, where our expert will guide you step by step. To close, we’ll gather in a sharing circle, and you will receive a symbolic “message from the universe” to take with you.
