Please wait at the main entrance or security gate of your hotel; drivers are not always permitted inside the lobby area. Be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed via the platform's messaging system or WhatsApp at least 8 hours before the tour. Our driver will have an Express Rafting sign or a list with your name.
Please note that due to traffic and multiple hotel stops, the vehicle may arrive slightly before or after the scheduled time. Free pickup is included for all hotels in Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Titreyengöl, and Sorgun.
