Meeting and pickup
Meeting Point: Please wait at the main security gate or the main entrance of your hotel. Drivers are not always allowed to enter the lobby area, so being at the gate ensures you don't miss your ride.
Punctuality: Please be ready at the designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Confirmation: Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel location. We will send you your specific pickup time via the platform's messaging system or WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the tour.
Identification: Our drivers will have a list with your name or an "Express Rafting" sign. Please provide your hotel room number after booking so the driver can verify your identity with hotel security if needed.
Wait Times: Due to traffic or multiple pickups, the vehicle may arrive 10–15 minutes after the scheduled time. Please remain at the gate; we are on the way!
Service Areas: Free pickup is included for all hotels in the Side area, including Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, and Kızılot.
