From JR Shinjuku Station (South Exit), it’s a 3-minute walk to Starbucks Shinjuku Southern Terrace. The café is at the entrance of Southern Terrace with a big sign and open terrace. Yohei will wait at the entrance—185 cm tall, short black hair, tan skin.
We’ll start with introductions, explain the plan for the evening, and get ready to dive into Tokyo’s nightlife together!
1st Izakaya (Omoide Alley) (60min) Learn greetings, how to order food and like and dislike. Handouts and mini phrasebooks provided.
2nd Izakaya (Casual Yakitori Bar) (60min) Learn greetings, how to order food and like and dislike. Handouts and mini phrasebooks provided.
3rd Izakaya (Standing Bar) (60min) Learn Self-introduction, asking for recommendations and other useful Japanese phrases while drinking.
To finish the night, you can join an optional karaoke session. Your guide, a skilled singer, will perform J-pop and anime songs, and you’re welcome to share your own favorites too. It’s a fun way to end the evening with unforgettable memories. *This stop is optional and not part of the standard tour.
We will return to Shinjuku Southern Terrace, where the tour concludes and everyone says goodbye.
