We provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off within Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure time for a smooth start. For guests staying outside the Old Quarter, we will arrange a convenient meeting point at Alley 12C Hàng Than, Truc Bach, Ba Đình, Hanoi, Vietnam (Honda Motorbike Road Club office). If you need special assistance, are traveling with children, or have dietary preferences (vegetarian/vegan), kindly let us know in advance so we can prepare the best experience for you.
Guests will meet our driver/guide at the designated meeting point. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy recognition. Please note that our team is always present 10–15 minutes before departure to assist guests.
