We will meet at 09:00 at the Fuente Dé parking lot. Look for your guide near the main parking area entrance. You will begin with a brief introduction and a final equipment check to ensure everyone is fully prepared before we start our mountain adventure.

What to expect

Embark on a fully immersive 2-day high-mountain trekking experience in the heart of the Picos de Europa National Park

On Day 1, you meet at the Fuente Dé parking lot to begin a challenging yet rewarding 9km ascent (+1,300m) via the historic 'Tornos de Liordes' trail. Our destination is the Collado Jermoso mountain hut, widely celebrated for offering the most spectacular sunset views in the entire mountain range.

After a traditional mountain dinner and an overnight stay at the hut, Day 2 features a 12km traverse through the stunning landscapes of Vega de Liordes and Pedavejo before we descend back to our starting point. You will be accompanied at all times by a certified AEGM and UIMLA mountain guide, with all necessary insurance and satellite communication provided for your safety.
