We offer convenient pickup from all hotels and accommodations within a 10 km radius of Cape Town city centre. If you’re staying outside this area, we’ll coordinate a central meeting point for you.

Your exact pickup time, along with your driver/guide’s name, contact number, and vehicle details, will be shared via WhatsApp or email 24 hours before your tour. Please ensure your phone has WhatsApp access or a Wi-Fi connection on the morning of your tour.

Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time in your hotel lobby or just outside your accommodation, where our designated driver will come look for you. Alternatively, you can find our minibus, with the Serene Cape Tours logo, waiting for you outside of the accommodation. If our driver cannot find you, they will contact you to ensure that they are able to pick you up and bring you along.

This historic area was among the first permanent settlements for freed slaves in the mid-1800s. Its brightly painted Cape Georgian houses are iconic, drawing visitors from all over the world.
