Founded in 2024, the distillery focuses on small-batch “private collection” rhums made from locally sourced ingredients, giving you the chance to discover unique flavors like Jungle, Passion Vanilla, and Boutique Gold.
Rather than a standard tour, you’ll step into a creative working space where craftsmanship and experimentation come together. You’ll learn directly from the makers, explore the process in a relaxed setting, and enjoy thoughtfully paired local snacks along the way.
It’s a distinctive, modern experience that blends local culture, flavor, and creativity—something truly different to do in Hoi An.

We'll have a concierge waiting for you next to our sign in front of the billiards hall. The Distillery is located 30 meters down the alley.
What to expect
You’ll walk through each stage of the process with a friendly host, learning how local sugarcane is transformed into craft rhum—from fermentation to distillation—while seeing the equipment up close.
After the tour, you’ll take part in a guided tasting, sampling a selection of handcrafted rhums and discovering the different aromas and flavors in each one.
It’s an easy-going and engaging experience that combines learning, local culture, and a chance to try something unique in Hoi An.
