1) Deep local history, told where it happened
We trace the old Xicheng lanes from the red walls of the White Dagoba to the Cathedral—two landmarks that show how Beijing met the world. Expect quick, fun stories (Yuan-dynasty stupa, merchant alleys, hidden courtyards) that make the streets come alive.
2) Professional photography—shots you’ll actually post
Your guide doubles as a pro photographer: candid moments, portrait stops, and easy tips for low-light & night shots. We handle framing and angles so you leave with a shareable gallery (plus on-the-spot phone tips if you love shooting too).
3) “Only-locals” flavor—curated, not crowded
We eat at family-run spots we know by name: think flaky stuffed pancakes, warm sesame flatbreads, seasonal hutong specials, and a brave sip of douzhi (optional). Rotating tastings = what’s best today, not what’s easiest for the tour.

This tour ends when we visit the famous White Temple
Most visitors stick to Beijing’s headline hutongs, but few make it to the quieter lanes around Jingshan Park. Join a local host for a relaxed bike ride through temples, story walls, and hidden courtyards where everyday life still lit. We’ll snack our way through classic bites from family shops (think flaky stuffed pancakes, warm bakery treats, seasonal specialties) and pause for quick history hits and photo tips—your guide doubles as a fun photographer, so great shots are included.
This experience finishes at Food Tour tucked inside the old city. It’s about a 5-10 minutes bike ride from the famous White Tower Temple. We end with a short story session, a final photo stop, and one last round of local snacks nearby. You’ll receive an email with a map pin and contact details immediately after booking.
