No Japanese required. This is a beginner-friendly soba making experience for first-time visitors and guests with no cooking background.

In this workshop, you will make your own fresh matcha soba noodles by hand using buckwheat flour and high-quality Japanese matcha. The soba shown in the photos are made by actual participants, not by professional chefs or staff. Even first-time guests can create authentic matcha soba with clear, step-by-step guidance.

You will learn directly from a real soba craftsman in a small and relaxed group. Each step is explained in an easy and approachable way, so no special skills or prior knowledge are needed.

From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and cutting the noodles, you will experience the essential steps of traditional soba making. After the workshop, you will enjoy tasting your own handmade matcha soba in a calm atmosphere.
