Tortuguero canoe tour is a guided excursion that takes you through the canals and lagoons of Tortuguero National Park, using a canoe. It is a silent and non-invasive walk through the Tortuguero canal system. A local guide and naturalist accompanies you, sharing his knowledge about the biodiversity of the area. You will see the lush rainforest surrounding the canals, as well as a variety of wildlife. It is common to spot monkeys, alligators, crocodiles, different species of birds, sloths and hopefully manatees and dolphins.
