What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We are located on top of AWAN connection coworking space . On the rooftop . Go all the way up the stairs , on the third floor . Please note that there is no toilets on the rooftop, use the toilets downstairs ( close to restaurant or 2nd floor ) . No wheelchair access .
What to expect
Step into a sanctuary of sound designed to reset your nervous system. In this immersive experience, you’ll simply lie back and relax as the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs wash over you.
This is an event, mix with people ( small group up to 15 peoples )
No experience is necessary—just bring an open mind. These harmonic frequencies help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and promote deep cellular healing. It’s like a "massage for your mind," leaving you feeling grounded .
You just lay down during the practice, and the healer will come close to you to apply the sound and vibrations ( not touching the body ) .
If you tired , you can even sleep or micro sleep, the benefits for the body and brain are the same
You just have to relax and surrender and let everything go .
The healer won't talk during the session (only at the beginning)
