Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Pickup time will be shared on the day of the tour (or shortly after confirmation) via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
Pickup/drop-off is available from centrally located Dubai areas such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
Pickup timing may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic and multiple hotel stops. For smooth boarding, guests without transfers should reach the boarding point 30 minutes before departure.
