The Big Bakes invites you to roll up your sleeves and dive into the UK's No.1 baking experience!
Join us in our iconic tent for a joy-filled baking experience culminating in a traditional afternoon tea. Working in pairs, you will learn to bake a selection of afternoon tea treats, including Victoria sponge sandwiches, eclairs and chocolate truffles, and present your beautiful bakes on a tiered stand. After baking, enjoy your own delightful creations with tea in our cocktail bar.
This fun, immersive session is perfect for visitors to London, a day out with friends, dates, or a unique family activity to be enjoyed by adults and kids alike.
No experience needed, and all equipment and ingredients are provided -Just bring your enthusiasm!
(and yes, we even do the washing up!)

Find us under the bridge, across from Haggerston train station, through the secret fridge door!
What to expect
- 2 hours of baking heaven, mastering your own Victoria sponge sandwiches, eclairs and chocolate truffles
- Bake in pairs, or a group of 3
- Post-bake tea and tasting of your creations in the cocktail bar
- All instructions, ingredients and aprons are provided, as well as a take home cake box
