An in-depth private tour of the estate, vineyard and wine cellar followed by a guided tasting of five wines from the estate in the intimate setting of the Château’s private lounges: four vintages of Château Haut-Bailly, Grand Cru Classé and a vintage of Haut-Bailly•II, estate’s second wine. Tasting accompanied by a gourmet platter (mature cheeses, charcuteries, chocolates).

Located in the former stables of the estate's draught horses, the restaurant gives pride of place to local produce from Bordeaux. The House of Sauternes is an association of winegrowers created in 1979, in the heart of the village, in a building dating from the beginning of the 19th century. The 150 references in our boutique make us the world's largest Sauternes cellar in the world. The tasting is enriching of discovery and the wines are offered at Château prices. An emblematic piece animates the place: a wall of 768 bottles illuminated by a set of lights. A unique and spectacular picture that only Sauternes can offer thanks to its of colors.
