After your adventure activities, enjoy a comfortable transfer to the Hilltribe Elephant Village in Patong for an ethical, observation-based elephant experience. During your 60-minute visit, your guide introduces the elephants’ rescue stories and explains how they are cared for after retiring from tourism and logging. You’ll observe caretakers demonstrating how natural foods—such as banana trees and grasses—are prepared for the elephants, and learn about their diet, natural behaviors, and wellbeing. Then, walk along a shaded forest path while observing the elephants from a safe, respectful distance as they roam, forage, and interact naturally. There is no riding, bathing, feeding, touching, or close-contact interaction. At the end of the visit, relax in the peaceful forest environment before your driver returns you to your hotel—ending a day filled with adventure, learning, and responsible travel.
