Kindly be ready and waiting outside the agreed pickup point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
Your day begins with a free hotel pickup before heading towards the islands of Senja. The journey will also include a scenic ferry crossing and selected photo stops along the way.
The highlight is the hike to Hesten, known as the best viewpoint of Segla, one of Norway’s most photographed mountains. From the top, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of dramatic peaks rising straight from the sea.
The hike is moderate, with a steady ascent of around 2 hours and 1 hour descent. Your guide sets a comfortable pace, making it suitable for most people with a reasonable fitness level.
At the summit, you’ll have time to relax and capture the beauty. Your guide will also take professional photos throughout the day. We provide hiking poles, snacks, and hot drinks. Snowshoes are included in winter if needed.
With a maximum of 6 guests, this tour offers a more personal and flexible experience. If time allows, additional scenic stops around Senja may be included.
Return to Tromsø in the evening.
