Your journey begins with a pleasant ferry ride across the Seto Inland Sea — a short but scenic voyage as Miyajima slowly comes into view.

You’ll hike up Mt. Misen, breathing in the fresh forest air along the way. At the summit, enjoy a peaceful lunch with your favorite meal while taking in panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea.

After the hike, we’ll descend and visit the iconic Itsukushima Shrine to offer a prayer and cleanse your spirit. The beautiful sea views create the perfect moment for reflection.

Our guide will pick you up at JR Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Gate. The guide will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead travelers name.

Itinerary

Duration: 8 hours 15 minutes (approximately)
  • Daishoin Temple (Pass by)

    We will hike from Daishoin Temple together with a guide. Along the way, we will admire Shiraito Waterfall, Sainokawara, Maku Rock, Yujo Stone Pavement, Nio Gate, Komagabayashi (where we will take a break), Whale Rock, and Reikado Hall, while making our way to the summit. Lunch will be served at the top.

    We will take the ropeway down from Shishi-iwa.
