• Please wait at your hotel lobby or main entrance at the confirmed pickup time. • Our driver will pick you up with the reserved vehicle (Avanza / Innova / HiAce), equipped with air-conditioning and travel insurance. • For guests arriving at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT), the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard. • If pickup service is not required, the standard meeting point is at Bintan Otorent Office – Komplek Ruko Kota Sebong Blok C Unit 906 No. 3 (Google Maps link provided on your voucher). • Please be ready 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, kindly contact our customer service number provided on your booking confirmation.
