Complimentary pickup is available from hotels, lodges, and residences within Arusha City. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
For accommodations located outside Arusha City (including Arusha Airport, Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), or surrounding areas), additional transfer charges may apply. Please provide your accommodation name and exact pickup location when booking so we can confirm your pickup arrangements.
Our driver-guide will contact you before departure if needed and will be easily identifiable upon arrival. If you have any special pickup requirements, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Arusha, followed by a short drive to the park. Explore lush montane forests, open savannah, the picturesque Momella Lakes, and the Ngurdoto Crater while searching for giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, bushbucks, waterbucks, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black-and-white colobus monkeys.
