At Mismaloya Adventures we are 100% local and we are pleased to announce the start of the 2025-2026 humpback whale watching season.
We are characterized by being environmentally responsible and respectful of the guidelines of NOM - 131 - SEMARNAT - 2010 and NOM - 059 - SEMARNAT - 2010, which establish the specifications for the development of whale watching activities, relating to their protection and the conservation of their habitat.
We invite you to live one of the best experiences that are lived in Banderas Bay, the Humpback Whales (Megaptera novaengliae) visit us in the Bay and it is a great natural sight to see them in their habitation, enjoy what nature and the world give us, they come every winter to mate, court and have their young in Bahia.
We have our current authorized permit.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Go to the only public street towards Mismaloya beach, we are located between the pharmacy and the first grocery store. Just ask about Chipol or Lily, our place is called Mismaloya Adventures.
Itinerary

1Bay of Banderas
We will look for the great whales from the south side of Bahia Banderas, where we have more opportunity to see them in their habitation sailing, this season they visit us to have their young so it will be a magical moment to see them. On the boat we will share with you important information about the whales, you will be part of this adventure at all times, helping the captain having his sights on the horizon for the snort (breeze) that the whales generate when they come out to breathe to the surface.

2Los Arcos de Mismaloya
This was a surprise! We will take you to know our great treasure that we have from the south side of the Bay "The Arches of Mismaloya"
