LGA: in the baggage claim area of your terminal, holding a sign with your name.
EWR: in the arrivals hall of your terminal, by the baggage claim exit, holding a sign with your name.
If you cannot find your driver, call or message the WhatsApp number on your confirmation voucher.

What to expect
On arrival at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark, your bilingual driver (Portuguese, English and Spanish) is waiting in the arrivals area of your terminal, holding a sign with your name. After a warm welcome and help with your luggage, you board a private, air-conditioned minivan that seats up to 6 passengers, with sun-blocking screens, bottled water and phone chargers on board.
From there you travel straight to your address in Manhattan, West New York or anywhere nearby, with no other passengers and no intermediate stops. Depending on the airport and on traffic, the ride takes roughly 30 to 75 minutes: LaGuardia is the closest, Newark crosses the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel, and JFK runs along the expressways and over one of the city's bridges. All tolls and taxes are already included in the price you paid.
Along the way your driver is happy to answer questions and share practical tips about the city. At your destination, we help with your bags at the door, and your trip ends where you are actually staying, not at a station or a corner.
