Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Canggu at no extra charge. For other areas, a small surcharge may apply (payable in cash on the day). Please provide your hotel name and address when booking. Our driver will meet you at the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and will hold a sign with your name for easy identification.
