What to expect

During this experience, you’ll be welcomed into your traditional Delhi home in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood. We’ll begin with a calming yoga session, supported by sound and music therapy, to help you feel relaxed and energized. You’ll also learn the traditional Surya Namaskar sequence — a foundational flow in Indian yoga that promotes strength, flexibility, and balance.

After the practice, you’ll be treated to a wholesome homemade vegan breakfast featuring fresh, healthy Indian dishes. Detox water, yoga mats, and all food are included, so you can simply arrive, unwind, and immerse yourself in Indian wellness and culture.
