Pickup details:

FROM SAN JUAN: We pick you up at your hotel lobby, Airbnb entrance, or the San Juan cruise port. The day before, your driver texts you the exact pickup time, calculated from your ferry departure so you arrive in time for check-in.

FROM SJU AIRPORT: We track your flight. Your driver parks in the designated pickup area and texts you instructions on where to meet. One hour of additional waiting time is included at no charge if your flight is delayed.

FROM CEIBA FERRY TERMINAL: We track your ferry - if it runs late, we wait. When you arrive, your driver texts you instructions on where to meet.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: We do not provide car seats or booster seats. If you are traveling with infants or young children, please bring your own car seat.

Pickups are available in Isla Verde, Condado, Santurce and Carolina. For any other area, please message us before booking.

What to expect

1. When you book, add your ferry departure time in the booking notes. If you don't have ferry tickets yet, tell us and we will advise.

2. The day before, your driver texts you the exact pickup time, calculated backward from your ferry so you arrive with time to check in.

3. Your driver picks you up at your hotel, Airbnb, the cruise port, or SJU airport and helps with your luggage. The vehicle is private: no other passengers and no other stops.

4. Direct ride of about 1 hour 30 minutes to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal.

RETURN (Ceiba to San Juan): we track your ferry and wait if it runs late. When you arrive, your driver texts you instructions on where to meet and takes you directly to your San Juan address or SJU airport.
