The day begins with a wine and cheese pairing at Fat Cow Hunter Valley, followed by a guided wine and chocolate pairing at Tulloch Wines. After lunch at 4 Pines at the Farm, continue to Brokenwood Wines for a premium tasting of signature regional varietals. The experience finishes with a visit to Binnorie Dairy for handcrafted cheeses and local specialties before returning to Sydney. An optional stop at Sabor Dessert Bar may be added, depending on time and availability, for beautifully presented desserts and vineyard views.
