Your private tour guide or driver will meet you at the hotel entrance or lobby and will confirm your name at arrival.
For apartments or Airbnb accommodations, please wait outside the main entrance of the building.
If your hotel is located outside central Tokyo, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Your driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you have any mobility limitations or special accessibility needs, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
